ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 4-7 days for order processing. We (meaning just me LOL) have full time commitments to a Monday-Friday, day job. We do our very best to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible. 

LOCAL PICK-UP

Local pick-up is highly encouraged, especially with our new convenient location. We offer a no-contact pick-up service via our Yellow Heart Crate, located on our property. Pick-up instructions are emailed (don't forget to check your junk!) when your order has been assembled. Orders are assembled in 1-3 days from order placement. If you need your order sooner, arrangements can be made via email (info@yellowheartco.ca) to get your order picked up ASAP. This is the fastest method of retrieving your order, as pickups are assembled first for your convenience. 

LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer a knock and drop delivery service and a notification is sent when your order has been delivered. Even with lifted Covid-19 restrictions, the knock and drop method helps the efficiency of our delivery process and limits contact no matter the circumstance. Please note that it is very important to include special instructions about your delivery to specific doors, if you live in an apartment on the property, if there is a letter included in your address as to which door in larger apartments, etc. Please know that someone who is unfamiliar with your home is delivering a package to you without knowledge of your property and with the knock and drop method in place we do not wait for someone to answer the door. It is your responsibility to provide such instructions to ensure you get your order without delay.  

Unfortunately, free local delivery can no longer be offered with time not quite being on our side. Given my full time work, and time spent in production creating more products, we have placed a small local delivery fee of $3.00 per order to compensate time and fees to provide this service. For larger launches and restocks, delivery days are Saturday and Sunday. For example, if we hold a large restock on a Tuesday, deliveries will take place that Saturday & Sunday. If time allows we do deliver on weekday evenings between 5-9pm, especially if you place a "one-off" order outside of a large restock date and if orders could not be delivered on Saturday or Sunday.

Please note weather restrictions may cause disruption in delivery days. Snow storms and heavy rain will delay your order delivery and we apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. 

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped via Canadapost based on current courier rates. These rates are not set by Yellow Heart Company. We currently offer free shipping over $100 across Canada. Items shipped that arrive damaged, lost or stolen will be resolved between parties associated. It this occurs please email info@yellowheartco.ca.  

RETURNS

All items are final sale.

Our products are fragile and can get damaged in transit. We will gladly ship you a new item (free of charge) if this does occur. Please email info@yellowheartco.ca with your order number and photos of the broken item(s). 

Candle care is very important for the life of your Yellow Heart candle. If you have followed all steps outlined in your order and still experience issues, please email info@yellowheartco.ca. We guarantee our products 100% and will happily replace any candle that is causing you trouble.
